Cancellation
Refundable when cancelled at least 2 days before the party. No-shows are charged the full package price.
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 7 days' notice. Up to 1 reschedule per booking.
Grip socks required
Grip socks are required in the play area.
Waiver required
A signed waiver is required for each child before playing.
Age range
The play structures are designed for ages 1–17.
Adult supervision required
An adult must supervise children at all times.

Payment is non-refundable unless a cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours before the booking date. Refunds are subject to a 3-4% processing fee, depending on the original payment method. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are not eligible for a refund; the amount will be kept on account to reschedule for another date. Rescheduled bookings are non-refundable. Bookings completed in under 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
